6.11 Forecast

Good morning Gorge sports fanatics! In honor of yesterday’s World Have Your Say broadcast from The Dalles, I did a "World Have Your Forecast" for the radio today. You can find the audio here:

First, Today’s wind forecast is looking pretty good. We started the day in the mid teens with solid marine clouds piled up along a line between Stevenson and Hood River. By midday, as high pressure builds at the coast, we’ll have 21-24 from the Corridor to Doug’s. I wouldn't be surprised to see 24-27 towards midday, especially as I have to work!

Tomorrow looks windy as well, with corridor winds starting in the mid teens, building to the low twenties.

Sunday brings dawn patrol in the 17-20 range, followed by a steady build into the 24-28 range.

Just a quick one today... gotta work. Have a great day on the water!
