Easterlies will blow in the 30ish+ range on Sunday, providing your wind-addicted self with a chance to hit the water. Don't be in a rush to catch the breeze early; high pressure will build in the desert as the day goes on, keeping winds in the "strong" range. Rooster is probably your best bet for afternoon winds and warmer temperatures, but don't pooh-pooh Stevenson.
Keep in mind that NOAA predicts lows in the low thirties tonight (Saturday), meaning you're going to freeze your nether bits if you head out early.
