Good morning sailors!
It doesn't look good on the wind or snow front for the next week or so. One weak system after another will slide over the Gorge and Cascades, turning surface flow to light east and then west and then back again. Snowfall, both in the hills and at lower elevations, will be minuscule.
La Nina, so far, hasn't delivered her one-two combo of cold and wet. She's just toying with us, I think.

p.s. I'm going to have to see more participation in windsurfing if you guys want to continue getting forecasts. Three people out on Monday for 3.5 conditions. That's just not right!
