Good morning sailors!
I hope everyone survived the storm ok. Tom and I attempted to get to Chinook to speedsail, but were thwarted by closed roads. Bill Kline and others trapped in Astoria made some 40+ knot runs, proving that we have a world class speed ditch in our backyard.
We're not looking at much on the wind front for the next few days. There's a possibility of a north wind coast day on Thursday, but we'll have to wait and see what happens there. Winds in the Gorge will turn offshore from Thursday on, hopefully setting up some sailable easterlies.
Keep your fingers crossed!
Have a great day,
Temira
